CristalClic General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions of sale ("GTC") apply to any use of CristalClic's services for the purchase or access to PDLC films. By using our services, you accept these GTC.

2. Orders and Payments

- Order: Any order placed on CristalClic is considered firm and final once payment has been made.

- Payment: Payments can be made by the means accepted on our platform. Prices are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.

3. Access to Content

- Content purchased or rented is accessible via your CristalClic account. The duration of access depends on the type of product (purchase or rental).

- Access rights are personal and non-transferable.

4. Cancellation and Refund

- Cancellation: Movie rentals cannot be cancelled once viewing has begun. Purchases are non-refundable except in the event of a technical failure on our part.

- Refund: In eligible cases, we offer a refund or credit for future use.

5. Limitation of Liability

- CristalClic is not responsible for service interruptions due to causes beyond our control (such as technical problems, network outages, etc.).

- We are not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

- All content available on CristalClic is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are authorized to use this content only for personal and non-commercial viewing.

7. Confidentiality

- The use of your personal information is governed by our privacy policy, which is an integral part of these T&Cs.

8. Modifications to the T&Cs

- We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon their publication on our website. Continued use of our services after these changes implies your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

- These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these T&Cs will be submitted to the competent courts of Montreal, Drummondville and Sherbrooke.
